  • At what temperature should I set my air conditioner to save energy?

    The recommended temperature in summer is between 24°C and 26°C. Costs can increase by up to 15% for every degree below this. In winter, if using reverse-cycle, your unit should be set between 20°C and 21°C.

  • What is an ARCtick certification?

    The Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC) regulates the strict disposal of refrigerant gas in environmentally-friendly ways. Our ARCtick certification means we are fully licensed to handle refrigeration gasses and experienced in disposing of them according to guidelines.

  • How often should I clean my air conditioner's filters?

    In your home, the rule of thumb is that you should clean your filters once per season. In commercial settings, it should be once per month.


    Many newer models have a small indicator light to advise you when the filter should be cleaned.

  • How do I know if my fridge or freezer is faulty?

    There are a few key signs that your fridge or freezer has a fault, these can include:

    • Excess condensation
    • Noisy or hot motors
